Our Team

Sarah Keay

Limited Licensed Legal Technician, Owner

Throughout my professional trajectory, I have wanted nothing more than to advocate for those who may not be able to advocate for themselves. Initially drawn to a career in ministry, I ultimately found the law to be the most effective way for me to help those who need it.

I believe in putting myself in another’s shoes to try and understand their unique situation, which is what we do for our clients. Folks who reach out to us are often enduring the most difficult time in their lives; to be able to learn more, provide counsel, and be trusted to walk alongside them is a privilege.

Born and raised right here in Tacoma, I consider it a true honor to serve my community through the law.

Diego Esparza

Legal Assistant

Growing up in Canada, I helped my family establish and operate a successful janitorial service. I learned the value of teamwork, dedication and excellent customer service. My experience working for and helping to manage my family’s business taught me invaluable life lessons. Additionally, I previously attained my Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management. I pursued this career in the hopes of helping people. Yet, I realized that I was helping a company more than the people who worked for it. This led me to become a Paralegal, in hopes of working for a law firm that can truly help people.

I’m glad I found a place like that here at The Law Offices of Sarah C. Keay. Sarah has been kind enough to hire me as a legal assistant whilst I pursue my Paralegal certificate. I’m fortunate to have been endowed with plenty of legal knowledge and experience during my time here. I hope to use these skills to help people during a difficult time in their life. I will do my best to ensure our clients receive the support they deserve. I am proud to be a part of her team and hope to help you in your family law matter.
